Fall In Love With Yourself
Fall In Love With Yourself
You're taking care of the kids, tending to the home, caring for your spouse, and making sure your career doesn't suffer. Juggling all these things tends to create a level of non existence.
Allow me to explain. I remember a time when I was so focused on everything else but myself. Okay, sure I would eat breakfast in the car on the way to work slurping my milk from the cereal bowl…yes while driving. Don't do that by the way! I'd eat my salad for lunch in a rush just to make sure my work emails didn't pile up. Dinner was a joke. I'd plan the same night.. if that's what I call planning.
Sickness grabbed my attention. I was able to be still and it dawned on me, "am I existing in my own world?" "Who am I without the titles of being a mom, wife, business woman?" I had been with myself and didn't have a clue to who I was. I was a stranger in my own body.
I knew that I need more time to ❤️ Fall In Love With Myself ❤️. So, I decided to go on a retreat.
Here's what a retreat can do:
Provide space to think about yourself and your needs.
Create a better version of yourself by discovering who you are.
Create balance within your mind, body and soul.
Reset your nervous system to create harmony within.
What would it take for you to Fall In Love With Yourself?
If you'd like to join me and my friend Brooke, we are hosting a retreat this Fall. It's designed to CONNECT with your inner and outer beauty while nestled in the forested view so you can RELAX + RECHARGE.

Friend, their is no perfect timing to Fall In Love With Yourself. If you value time, you might want to start asking yourself the same question I did, "Are you existing in your own world? Are you a stranger to yourself?"
Cheers to Falling In Love With Yourself,
